She said in her first appearance before the judge that she was studying in the flat on Calle León XIII on the night Marta died and will now be called back for further questioning.The order came after María García’s boyfriend and two other witnesses were questioned by the judge on Tuesday morning. One of them was a work colleague, who said that Francisco Javier had been with him at the bar where they both work until around 1.30 – 2.00 am on the night in question.
